The free lot check
The lot check is a preliminary desktop assessment based on publicly available parcel and zoning data. It is offered free and without obligation on either side. It is not a survey, not a feasibility guarantee and not a substitute for a permitted drawing set. Buildability is confirmed only through a site visit, a soils review and plan check approval.
No contract is formed here
Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract. Any construction work is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties and compliant with California Business and Professions Code requirements for home improvement contracts.
